1. History. Fu-Schnickens was composed of Chip Fu (Roderick Roachford), Moc Fu (Joe Jones), and Poc Fu (Lennox Maturine).Fu stood for unity and schnicken was a made-up word that meant coalition. The three friends from East Flatbush, Brooklyn, first gained attention after performing at a hip hop event at Howard University, after which the group was signed by Jive Records.

3. F.U. Don't Take It Personal is one of the best rap releases from ' I think the fact that west coast was becoming a raging monster in the rap game helped make this joint as slept on as it is. The sound is vintage early 90's east coast flavor (which never gets old to me). I recommend grabbing this joint if you come across it. You'll be glad /5(16).

8. Don't Take It Personal, LP, Album, HIP This is a great album which sums up when hip hop was fun and all about showing your skills in the golden era. The Fu-schnickens (Chip-Fu, Poc-Fu, Moc-Fu) all have there own style but Chip-Fu stands out easily with his fast, unbelievable, rolling, not coming up for air lyrical attacks, sometimes even.
